Your health information is sensitive. HEARD HIM treats it that way.
What we collect
- Your email address, for signing in and billing.
- The health details you choose to log: energy, sleep, stress, mood, weight, urinary health, blood pressure, medications, family history, and similar.
- Payment is handled by Stripe — we don't see or store your full card number.
How we use it
- To show you your own patterns and build your clinician-ready summary.
- To run your subscription.
- We do not sell your data, and we don't share your health data with advertisers or employers.
Where it lives
- Your health data is stored securely in our database (Supabase).
- Payment data is stored by Stripe.
Who can see it
- Only you, by default. Sharing with a trusted person or your doctor is optional and controlled by you.

- To export or delete your data, contact us at heardhimsupport@gmail.com.
